Warranty of Goods/Services
All our goods/services will serve their intended functions. We have checked
the products thoroughly and certify the products as “bug-free” at the point of

Terms of Warranty
All warranty conditions are stated in the product/services information
provided, unless we decide to provide none.
Prices
All our prices are NET. No discounts will be given except during monthly
promotions or through our selected Joint Venture Partners.
Delivery services
As all delivery will be via digital means, you are not required to pay any
additional shipment or handling charges.
Payment Processing
We accept payments via PayPal.
We ensure accuracy in our billing as all our transactions are automatically processed.

The Paid Subscribers are free to give away or resell the Lite versions of software through any mode, including Auction Websites.
The Paid Subscribers are free to package the Lite versions according to their needs and choices.
The Paid Subscribers are free to add their own bonuses to the Lite versions for the buyers. The Lite versions can also be offered as a bonus with other software or program or ebook or any other digital content.
The Paid Subscribers are free to add Lite versions to any paid membership sites, as content.
The Paid Subscribers are free to add Lite versions to an ebook, eCourse or AutoResponder, as content.
The Paid Subscribers are NOT ALLOWED to tamper with the source codes in such a way that will result in either altering the authorship of the software or altering the nature of the software in such a way that it results in its operation contrary to what the original author(s) intended.
The Paid Subscribers are free to sell the Resale Rights and/or Master Resale Rights in the Lite versions.
The Paid Subscribers are NOT ALLOWED to sell Private Label Rights in the Lite versions.
Pro Versions of Software
The Paid Subscribers are NOT ALLOWED to give away the Pro versions of software for free.
The Paid Subscribers are NOT ALLOWED to resell the Pro versions of software through any Auction Websites. The resale of the Pro versions of software is suggested to be sold at a price not lower than $24.95.
The Paid Subscribers can package the Pro versions according to their needs and choices ONLY with only two other products making it a total of three inclusive of the Pro Version of Viralized Monthyl Software.
The Paid Subscribers are NOT ALLOWED to add Pro versions to any free or paid membership sites.
The Paid Subscribers are NOT ALLOWED to sell the Pro versions as a product where they create their own membership programs and in turn, allow their members to market the Pro products for commissions. such as Discount Coupon or Private Buying Club
The Paid Subscribers are NOT ALLOWED to add Pro versions to an ebook, eCourse or AutoResponder, as content.
Wherever applicable, the Paid Subscribers are free to either edit the Pro versions or personalize the Pro versions by putting their name on it.
The Paid Subscribers are NOT ALLOWED to sell the Resale Rights and/or Master Resale Rights in the Pro versions.
The Paid Subscribers are NOT ALLOWED to sell Private Label Rights in the Pro versions.
If, for any reason whatsoever, any subscriber chooses to unsubscribe from viralized.com:
Such un-subscribed member will NOT BE ALLOWED to re-brand or resell the Lite and Pro versions of software.
All software re-branders will be deactivated making the re-brander applications inoperable.
The commission for referrals will void automatically upon un-subscription.

Upon request for refund, the money will be refunded for the current month’s subscription ONLY.
